Brace yourself for a new adventure as pre-orders for the Collector's Editions open June 17

REDONDO BEACH, Calif. — June 10, 2025 — GungHo Online Entertainment America (GOEA) today confirmed that the Standard Edition of Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter will be arriving digitally and physically on Nintendo Switch™ and PlayStation®5 on September 19, 2025. The Steam version will also be available digitally upon launch.

In celebration of this remake, GOEA is also excited to announce pre-orders for two Collector's Editions starting June 17. All items included are created exclusively for these limited releases.

The Steelbook® Edition ($79.99) includes:

  • Standard Edition game (Nintendo Switch™ or PS5®)
  • Launch Celebration Pack (includes exclusive DLC costumes and Item Sets)
  • Classic Style Estelle and Joshua (DLC costumes)
  • Foil Embossed Slipcover
  • SteelBook®

The Bracer Edition ($179.99) includes:

  • All SteelBook® Edition Contents (Nintendo Switch™ or PS5®)
  • “The Whereabouts of Light” Wooden Music Box
  • Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Art Book
  • Bracer Guild Notebook
  • Original Mini Soundtrack CD
  • Liberl Cloth Map
  • Bracer Edition Box

The Steelbook® Edition will be available on launch day, September 19. The Bracer Edition is set to be delivered between November 15 and December 15, but the game and SteelBook® Edition contents included with it will be shipped separately to arrive by launch day.

The Launch Celebration Pack will be available for all users two weeks after the game’s launch, with availability limited to a 1-month period, but available always for those who purchase the Steelbook® Edition and the Bracer Edition.

North American fans can pre-order the Collector’s Editions through Limited Run Games. European fans can pre-order the Standard Edition and the Collector’s Edition through Clear River Games and other major retailers. More information on the pre-orders will be available at a later date.

In addition to the Collector’s Editions, a Digital Deluxe Edition will also be available on September 19 for $79.99. It will include the digital version of the game and a Season Pass, which can also be purchased separately for $24.99. The Season Pass grants access to all planned DLC, which will be sold individually after launch.
